This little guy is in a kill pound and arrived in a fairly bedraggled state -- damp and matted and in need of a groom. He’s a lovely, friendly little man craving cuddles and attention, and very affectionate. Billy is about the size of a cavalier.

if he is not reclaimed on Monday 10th Jan he will be in URGENT need of a foster place and a new home and is at immediate risk of being pts so we hope we can get him out, and into a new life that treats him better than his old one apparently has!
